Suicide Resources

There will be resources for suicide here, to come as I have time to look.

If someone you know is thinking about suicide, treat it as a real thing, get them talking, and walking. I have found that people who choose to listen and get me walking around is the best way to prevent a suicide. This page is meant to help those around all of us into asking for help, and receiving the best help possible.

I found this other page that I'll be looking at in the near future, a little bit more in depth.

I end up playing and some of the time the thoughts of suicide disappear.

One other suggestion is to go and work out, and sweat the thoughts away. (or that's how I like to think about it)

This project is one that I read about 8 years ago. I believe it's a great way to provide a card to let loved once and friends to know if you need help.
